摘　　要：中国古代医易学说是指在中国古代,以易理阐发医理,以易学汇通医学为主要思想的中医学说。本文在明确中国古代医易学说概念的基础上,以该学说为研究对象,论述其产生的理论基础,并依据发展阶段将其划分为不同的历史时期,依次根据每个时期的历史背景、学术思想、代表医家及其著作,梳理了古代医易学说的整体发展脉络,旨在为当代中医学的发展思路提供有价值的参考。The ancient Chinese Medical Yi-ology refers to TCM theory with Yi philosophy explicating medical knowledge and Yi-ology interweaving with medicine science as the major thought. On the basis of clarifying the concept of medical Yi-ology in ancient China,this article studies the theoretical basis of the theory and divides it into different historical periods according to the stage of development,showing the historical background,academic point of view,representative physicians and their works of each period as well as the development of ancient Medical Yi-ology,in order to provide valuable reference to the development of contemporary Chinese medicine.
