摘　　要：认知功能损伤指各种因素造成的知觉、注意、言语、记忆及思维等高级皮层功能受损。终末期肾病患者普遍存在认知功能损伤,与大脑结构改变、尿毒症毒素、透析方式等因素有关。本文就终末期肾病患者认知功能损伤相关因素的研究进展作一综述。Cognitive impairment refers to the damages of perception, attention, speech, memory, thought and other high-level cortical functions caused by various factors. Cognitive impairment is commonly found in the patients with end-stage renal disease, which is associated with changes in brain structure, uremic toxins, dialysis, and other factors. This paper reviews the research progress of the related factors for cognitive impairment in end-stage renal disease patients.
