摘 要:针对随机因素干扰问题,研究了发动机推力偏心对发射精度的影响。基于修正的CraigBampton法和虚拟样机技术,建立了车载导弹垂直发射刚柔耦合动力学模型。通过参数化动力学仿真,基于蒙特卡罗方法获取了以推力偏斜角度为随机变量的多工况导弹姿态样本数据。运用直方图法和极大似然估计法进行数据统计分析,研究了导弹相关姿态的分布规律,明确了推力偏心与车载导弹垂直发射初始扰动的内在关系。研究结果表明,考虑推力偏心影响时,导弹姿态分布规律近似于正态分布。Aiming to the interference problem of random factors,the effect of motor thrust misalignment on launching precision is studied. A rigid-flexible coupling model of vehicle-mounted missile vertical launch is built with the virtual prototype technology and modified Craig-Bampton method. To get the sample data of missile attitudes in different working conditions,the thrust misalignment angle parameterized dynamic simulation based on Monte Carlo method is used. The data statistical analysis based on histogram and maximum likelihood estimation is used to analyze the distributions of related missile attitudes,and the relationship between thrust misalignment and initial disturbance is established. The research results show that the distributions of related missile attitudes are approximate to normal distributions considering the influence of thrust misalignment.
