摘　　要：加快推进生态文明建设,应重点发展绿色产业。绿色产业是在经济、金融、建设、交通、物流等方面高效利用资源的产业形态,其产品不仅可以满足人类社会物质方面的需求,也能实现对自然资源生态系统影响的最小化。绿色产业发展,既包括对传统工业的绿色化改造,又包括广义的环保产业、旅游产业、文化产业等的发展。加快绿色产业发展,应推进能源生产和消费革命,深化能源体制改革,构建绿色产业发展的激励机制,做好绿色产业发展核算工作。Accelerating the construction of ecological civilization is supposed to focus on the development of green industry. Green industry is an industrial form of efficiently utiling resources in terms of economy, finance, construction, transportation and logistics. Its products can not only meet the material needs of human society, but also minimize the impact on natural resources ecosystem. The development of green industry includes not only the green transformation of traditional industry, but also the development of the generalizedly environmental protection industry, tourism industry, cultural industry and so on. To speed up the development of green industry, we could promote the revolution of energy production and consumption, deepen the reform of energy system, set up the incentive mechanism for the development of green industry, and complete the accounting of green industry development.
