摘 要:作为兴奋性神经递质的一种,多巴胺(DA)既是儿茶酚乙胺族中的一种激素,也在人体新陈代谢、心血管、肾脏、中枢神经和内分泌等系统中扮演着重要的角色.人体中DA浓度的异常会引起一些疾病如心脏衰竭、精神分裂症、帕金森症等.同时,作为药物,多巴胺可以兴奋心脏,增加血流量,一些瘾君子也会非法注射多巴胺.因此,对于体内或者体外DA含量的测定在临床应用和生理功能研究方面都具有非常重要的意义.目前检测多巴胺的方法较多,主要有荧光光谱法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、比色法、电化学法等,本文主要综述了近年来多巴胺传感器的研究进展,同时展望了DA传感器今后的发展方向.Belonging to the family of excitatory chemical neurotransmitters, dopamine (DA)acts as one of the most significant catecholamines, which play a pivotal role in the function of human metabolism, cardiovascular, renal, central nervous hormonal systems and so on. When the concentration of DA is abnormal in our body, it will cause some diseases, such as heart failure, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, et al. As known, DA is also available as an intravenous medication, which acts on the sympathetic nervous system, and it can produce some effects including increasing heart rates and blood pressure. In addition, some drug addicts illegally injected DA. Therefore, determination of DA in vivo or vitro is of vital significance in the clinical medical practice and physiological function. In recent years, several detection methods for DA determination have been developed, such as luorescent spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, colorimetry, electrochemical method and so on. In this paper, the recent development of dopamine sensors is reviewed and their future perspective is also discussed.
