摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定复方硝酸咪康唑搽剂中醋酸氟轻松和硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Wondasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水梯度洗脱;检测波长240 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min。结果醋酸氟轻松和硝酸咪康唑的线性范围分别为0.05~0.30μg(r=1)和2.5~15μg(r=1)。平均回收率分别为99.39%(n=9,RSD=0.71%)和100.41%(n=9,RSD=1.04%)。结论 HPLC法对复方硝酸咪康唑搽剂的含量测定方法是一种有益的补充,本试验方法简便易操作,对目标成分检测具有一定的专属性,可用于复方硝酸咪康唑搽剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of fluocinonide and miconazole nitrate in compound miconazole nitrate liniment. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Wondasil-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm particle size) with methanol-water gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. Results The linearity range was 0.05~0.30 μg(r=1) and 2.5~15 μg(r=1). The average recovery rate was 99.39%(n=9, RSD=0.71%)and 100.41%(n=9, RSD=1.04%). Conclusion Determination of fluocinonide and miconazole nitrate in compound miconazole nitrate liniment by high-performance liquid chromatography is simple, fast and reliable.
