综合护理干预对哮喘患者用药依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对哮喘患者用药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年10月期间中国人民解放军第174医院呼吸内科收治的150例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。对照组予常规护理,观察组进行综合护理干预,总干预时间为6个月。干预后,比较两组患者哮喘知识掌握情况、用药依从性及生活质量(采用AQLQ评分评价)。结果干预后,观察组患者的哮喘防治知识问卷得分及AQLQ综合评分分别为(86.3±37.8)分、(5.8±1.7)分,均明显高于对照组的(72.5±31.6)分、(4.9±1.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的用药依从率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的69.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效提高支气管哮喘患者对疾病的认识及用药依从性,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on medication compliance and quality of life in patients with asthma. Methods A total of 150 bronchial asthma patients treated in Department of Respiration in 174 thHospital of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army were selected from January 2015 to October2016 as the research objects. According to the random number table, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The course of intervention was 6 months. After intervention, the master of asthma knowledge, medication compliance and quality of life（AQLQ score to evaluate） were compared between the two groups. Results The asthma knowledge questionnaire and AQLQ scores in observation group were（86.3±37.8）,（5.8±1.7）, significantly higher than（72.5±31.6）,（4.9±1.4） in control group（P0.05）; the compliance rate was 86.67%, significantly higher than 69.33% in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with asthma can effectively improve their understanding of disease and medication compliance, and improve the quality of life of patients.
