免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗成人重型流行性乙型脑炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗成人重型流行性乙型脑炎的效果。方法总结我院2012年7月~2016年9月收治的成人重型流行性乙型脑炎患者44例,其中免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗23例,单纯激素治疗21例,对比两组患者疗效、预后。结果免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗组治愈率、总有效率高于激素治疗组,病死率低于激素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗成人重型流行性乙型脑炎,疗效确定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of immunoglobulin combined with hormone in the treatment of adult severe Japanese encephalitis. Methods 44 cases of adult severe Japanese encephalitis, 23 cases of immunoglobulin com- bined with hormone therapy and 21 cases of hormone therapy alone admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to Septem- ber 2016 were reviewed. The efficacy and prognosis between the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in immunoglobulin combined with hormone therapy group was higher than that in hormone therapy group and the mortality rate in immunoglobulin combined with hormone therapy group was lower than that in hormone therapy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Immunoglobulin combined with hormone in the treatment of adult severe Japanese encephalitis has positive curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
