甲板回植治疗甲床损伤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察甲板回植法治疗甲床损伤的疗效。方法回顾我科自2014年2月~2017年1月期间,采用"塑料甲板"或原甲板回植治疗的外伤性甲床损伤患者50例,术后随访3~4个月,观察换药时敷料粘连情况、患者疼痛情况及指甲畸形情况。结果发现换药时甲床与敷料无粘连、患者疼痛轻微、甲床平整光滑、无一例甲床畸形及钩甲。结论甲板回植法可压迫止血,减少甲床与敷料粘连且换药时疼痛较轻,有利于甲床塑形,减少指甲畸形的发生。Objective To observe the curative effect of deck replantation in the treatment of nail bed injury. Methods 50 cases of traumatic nail bed injury treated with ＂plastic deck＂ or original deck replantation in our department from February 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were followed up for 3-4 months after operation. The dressing adhesions when dressing, patient pain and nail deformity were observed. Results There was no adhesion between nail bed and dressing when dressing, and patients had mild pain and smooth nail bed. And there was no one case of nail bed deformity or hook. Conclusion Deck replantation can stop bleeding by compression, reduce the adhesion between nail bed and dressing, and relieve the pain when dressing. It is good for nail bed shaping and reduces the occurrence of nail deformity.
