肾病的阳虚生风论

摘　　要：中医风证的辨证历来主要从火、热,阴虚阳亢、血虚等病因方面来论,理论上很少论及阳虚与风的关系,笔者临床时发现肾病阳虚患者尤其是肾阳气虚衰的患者亦可出现风证。肾阳进一步损伤至虚衰时,即可耗损真阳导致肾病的发生。本文从理论、临床症状、肾阳虚与肾病的关系、现代医学对中医肾的物质层面的研究方面来阐述阳虚生风后产生一系列的临床症状与肾病的辨证关系;同时通过临床案例简要论述了肾病阳虚风证的物质基础。The syndrome differentiation of wind syndrome of the traditional Chinese medicine has always been discussed from such causes of diseases as internal heat, fever, Yin deficiency and Yang excess and blood deficiency, and seldom theories have discussed the relation between Yang deficiency and wind. Clinically, the author has found that the patients with kidney Yang deficiency, especially those syndrome of Yang exhaustion also will have wind syndrome. When the kidney Yang is further damaged to exhaustion, the real Yang will be damaged, causing the occurring of kid- ney diseases. This paper elaborates the dialectical relation between a series of clinical symptoms and kidney diseases after wind caused by Yang deficiency from theoretical research, clinical symptom, relation between kidney Yang deficiency and kidney diseases and research of modern medicine on material aspect of kidney of traditional Chinese medicine, and briefly discusses the material basis of wind syndrome caused by kidney Yang deficiency.
