妊娠中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染的治疗方法与疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2016年12月间收治的13例妊娠中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染患者的治疗方法。结果保守治疗成功5例,输尿管留置双J管引流6例,输尿管镜碎石术2例,上述孕妇均顺利度过围生期。结论输尿管留置双J管引流或联合输尿管镜碎石术是治疗妊娠中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染的有效方法。Objective To explore the treatment method and efficacy of ureteral calculi combined with upper urinary tract infection in the middle of pregnancy. Methods The treatment methods of 13 patients with ureteral calculi com- bined with upper urinary tract infection from January 2010 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 5 cases of successful conservative treatment, 6 cases of ureteral double J tube drainage and 2 eases of ureteroseopie lithotripsy. The above pregnant women successfully passed perinatal period. Conclusion Ureteral double J-tube drainage or the combination of ureteroseopie lithotripsy is an effective method for the treatment of ureteral cal- culi and upper urinary tract infection in the middle of pregnancy.
