麻杏薏甘汤治疗痰湿型高尿酸血症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨麻杏薏甘汤治疗痰湿型高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法将180例痰湿型高尿酸血症患者随机数字法分为健康指导组、中药治疗组和西药治疗组。健康指导组仅给予健康指导,西药治疗组给予苯溴马隆+健康指导,中药治疗组给予麻杏薏甘汤+健康指导。30 d后,评估三组的中医证候积分和临床疗效,并检测三组血压、血尿酸(UA)、肝肾功能。结果中药治疗组总有效率显著高于西药治疗组和健康指导组(P<0.05)。中药治疗组中医证候积分各指标明显低于西药治疗组和健康指导组(P<0.05)。中药治疗组血尿酸水平明显低于西药治疗组和健康指导组(P<0.05)。三组肝肾功能指标无明显变化。中药治疗组的不良反应显著低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏薏甘汤可有效降低痰湿型高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平,改善临床症状,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Maxing Yigan decoction in treating phlegm-damp hyper- uricemia. Methods 180 patients of phlegm-damp hyperuricemia were randomly divided into health guidance group, Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group. Health guidance group were only given health guidance. Western medicine group were given benzbromarone plus health guidance. Chinese medicine group were given Maxing Yigan decoction plus health guidance. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were evaluated and blood pressure, serum uric acid（UA）, liver and kidney function were measured in three groups 30 days. Results The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than western medicine and health guidance group（P〈0.05）. TCM syndrome scores of Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than the western medicine group and health guidance group（P〈0.05）. The level of serum uric acid in Chinese medicine group was sig- nificantly lower than western medicine group and health guidance group（P〈0.05）. Liver and kidney function indicators in three groups did not change significantly.Adverse reactions of Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maxing Yigan decoction can effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid in patients with phlegm-damp hyperuricemia, improve clinical symptoms, and has good safety.
