摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选择2014年7月~2016年2月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者106例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各53例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预,比较干预前、干预后1、2、4周两组神经功能恢复情况、日常活动能力恢复情况及护理满意度。结果干预后1、2、4周,两组临床神经功能缺损评分均低于干预前,日常生活活动能力量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组改善更加显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效促进缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能与运动功能的恢复,提高护理满意度,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on neurological function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods From July 2014 to February 2016, 106 patients with ischemic stroke treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The recovery of neurological function, the recovery of daily aetiviy and the incidence of nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention of 1, 2, 4 weeks. Results After the intervention of 1, 2, 4 weeks, the scores of clinical neurological deficits were lower and the scores of daily activity ability were higher than those of before intervention, and the study group improved much more remarkably, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The total incidence of nursing satisfaction of the patient in the study group was higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and motor function in patients with ischemic stroke, improve the nursing satisfaction and the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
