社会资本对微政务公众初始信任的影响机理研究

摘　　要：从社会资本视角出发，构建了以公众感知为中介变量、信任倾向为调节变量的社会资本对微政务公众初始信任影响机理模型。实证分析表明，社会资本对初始信任具有显著正向影响，公众感知在社会资本与初始信任之间发挥中介作用，信任倾向在公众感知和初始信任之间的调节效应不显著，但对初始信任的主效应显著，并提出相应对策。From the perspective of social capital, this paper builds the influence mechanism model of social capital on public＇s initial trust of micro-Government, which taking public perception as the medium variable and trust tendency as the moderate variable. Results show that, social capital has positive impact on the public＇s initial trust, while public perception plays an intermediary role between social capital and initial trust. The moderating effect of trust tendency between public perception and initial trust is not significant, but it has significant effect on the primary effect of initial trust. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to improve public＇s initial trust of Micro-Government.
