摘　　要：海岛组件为海岛丝生产的关键,在过程中往往不是由于工艺条件制约生产,而是组件的漏浆情况制约生产。通过对备件的保护及已损伤的改进来改善实际生产状况。Islands in the sea spinning pack is the key to the production of Islands-in-the-sea yarn. In the process,the production is not restricted by technological conditions,but by the slurry leakage of spinning pack. The actual production condition is improved by the protection of spare parts and the improvement of damaged parts.
