摘  要:为解决焦化厂资源综合利用率低、环保压力大等问题,提出将多元料浆气化技术应用于现有焦化生产过程,形成煤焦化-多元料浆气化集成耦合体系,介绍了该体系的具体实施流程,并以200万t/a产能焦化厂为例,进行了技术优势分析。结果表明,相对于单一煤焦化过程,煤焦化-多元料浆气化集成耦合体系的应用在减少焦化企业环境污染的同时,还实现了过程副产物/废弃物的资源化利用,提高了焦化企业的经济效益,减少了资源的浪费。In order to solve the problem of the low comprehensive utilization of resources and the pressure of the environmental protection in China′ s coking plant,the application of multi-component slurry gasification technology in the existing coking process to form the coal coking and multi-component slurry gasification integrated coupling system was put forward in the paper. And the specific implementation process of the system was introduced. Taking 2 million tons per year coking plant as an example,the technical advantages were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the single coal coking process,coal coking and multi-component slurry gasification integrated system used in the coking enterprises could reduce environmental pollution. At the same time,this technology had advantages of realizing the resource utilization of byproduct/waste,improving the economic benefits of coking enterprises,and reducing the waste of resources.
