摘 要:国内首套IGCC机组的煤气化主要设备为两段式干煤粉气流床煤气化炉,其烧嘴罩在运行初期频繁出现泄漏、爆管等现象。从煤粉、渣的成分、灰渣的特性、泄漏烧嘴罩结构等方面分析原因,得出烧嘴罩泄漏的原因是熔渣溢流进烧嘴罩、集水管冷却水流量不足。对烧嘴罩结构进行了升级改进,通过调整烧嘴罩冷却水参数、增加烧嘴罩圈数、减薄烧嘴罩管壁、增加集水管内孔限流孔板等措施,使烧嘴罩运行的稳定性显著提高。In China′ s first set of IGCC,its main coal gasification equipment was two-stage dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification furnace. The burner muffle had problems of frequent leakage and tube explosion in the initial operating stage. Analyzed from the aspects of composition of coal powder and slag,the characteristics of ash slag,and the structure of burner muffle,the reasons of burner muffle leakage were burner muffle slag overflow and low cooling water flow of collecting pipe. The stable operation of burner muffle was achieved by adjusting the parameter of burner muffle cooling water,increasing number of rings of burner muffle,thinning down pipe wall of burner muffle and adding restriction orificein the inner bore of burner muffle.
