摘 要:柔性交直流电网可以实现有功功率和无功功率独立控制,适用于远距离大容量输电、可再生能源接入、能源互联网等场景,是未来电网的重要发展趋势。针对目前缺少对柔性交直流可靠性定量评估,以及对柔性交直流电网的可靠性提升方法研究不足的问题,提出基于灵敏度分析的柔性交直流电网可靠性提升方法。该方法首先针对柔性交直流电网不同工作模式,计算交直流系统可靠性指标。其次,通过可靠性指标的灵敏度分析,判断系统中的薄弱元件。在此基础上,针对薄弱元件进行可靠度灵敏度分析,结合经济性成本确定提升元件可靠性应改进的构成部件。最后,结合张北柔性交直流电网工程方案说明本文所提方法的应用价值。Flexible AC and DC power grid can achieve active power and reactive power independent control,and has been used in the remote distance and large capacity transmission,renewable energy incorporation and energy internet design,which is an important development trend of the future power grid. Aimed at the lack of quantitative evaluation of flexible AC/DC reliability and the lack of research on the reliability improvement method of flexible AC/DC power grid,this paper proposes a sensibility analysis based method to improve the reliability of the flexible AC/DC power grid. This method firstly calculates the reliability indices of AC/DC system under different operation modes of flexible AC/DC power grid,and then finds out the vulnerable parts of the power grid through the sensitivity analysis of reliability index. Furthermore,the reliability sensibility of the vulnerable part is calculated,and the reliability improvement method is put forward combined with the cost analysis.Finally,a case study of the Zhangbei flexible AC/DC project is carried out to prove the effectiveness of the method.
