摘　　要：外翻畸形的矫正依赖于手术治疗,其外科治疗极具挑战性。通过查阅文献,国内知名专家与部分对外翻的治疗积累了丰富临床经验的专家经过反复的讨论修改,撰写成我国首部《外翻外科治疗专家共识》,供骨科、尤其是足踝外科同仁们在临床工作中参考应用。本共识主要内容包括:手术适应证和禁忌证、术前检查和评估、外翻的分类及手术方式的选择、常用术式的适应证与矫形能力评价,还介绍了可能发生的外科并发症的预防和治疗原则。The correction of hallux valgus deformity mostly depends on the surgical treatment, and the process is very chal- lenging. After consulting literatures and considerable discussion, we complied the first consensus on the surgical treatment of hallux valgus in China. It aims to provide a helpful reference for orthopedics, especially for foot and ankle surgeons. Theconsensus included surgical indications and contraindications, preoperative examination and assessment, hallux valgus clas- sification, the choice of operation method, popular methods and correction outcomes, as well as the prevention and treat- ment of surgical complications.
