制造业技术密集型企业要素配置扭曲测度研究——基于中美上市公司的对比分析

摘　　要：生产要素的配置是影响企业生产率的一个重要原因,其受企业所处环境等因素影响。采用要素分类法选择中美制造业技术密集型上市公司,使用ACF方法对其进行分析并计算扭曲系数,研究发现:美国技术密集型上市公司资本投入方面扭曲情况轻,资本价格合理,中国技术密集型上市公司则存在资本价格偏高、资本使用不足的现象;美国上市公司劳动力价格偏高,劳动使用不足,中国劳动投入过度,这种趋势逐渐加强。中美技术密集型上市公司在整体上存在差异,包括规模、效率、投入结构方面,中国上市公司需提高资源配置和技术水平。The allocation of production factors is one of the important causes influencing the productivity of a enterprise,which is influenced by the environment of the enterprise among other factors.It has been found by study,adopting factor classification method to choose Chinese and American listed companies of technology intensive manufacturing industry,and employing ACF method to analyze and calculate their misallocation coefficient,that the misallocation in capital input in American technology intensive listed companies is of less importance with a rational cost of capital while the the cost of capital is on the high side and there is an under-utilization of capital in those of China;that the price of labor power is comparatively higher and there is a under-utilization of labor in those of the USA while there is an excessive labor input and the tendency is intensified little by little in China;and that there are differences on the whole in technology intensive listed companies between China and the USA,including scale,efficiency and structure of input,which means that the Chinese listed companies need to strengthen their resource allocation and improve the level of technology.
