摘 要:为了解致病类型G22-83及流行小种CYR32和CYR33对四川省近年小麦生产品种和后备品种的寄生适合度,在田间分别将致病类型G22-83、流行小种CYR32和CYR33接种于四川省109个小麦品种(系),采用综合病情指数法测定3个供试菌株的相对寄生适合度。结果显示,致病类型G22-83、流行小种CYR32和CYR33的平均寄生适合度分别为0.1930、0.0560和0.0379,且前者显著高于后两者;流行小种CYR32和CYR33的平均相对寄生适合度有差异,但是差异不显著。致病类型G22-83、流行小种CYR32和CYR33在四川省109个小麦品种(系)上相对寄生适合度的中位数分别为0.0626、0.0000和0.0000,前者在四川省109个小麦品种(系)上相对寄生适合度的平均水平和波动程度均高于后两者。致病类型G22-83在四川省小麦生产品种和后备品种上的寄生适合度较高,在今后一段时间内可能成为该地区小麦条锈菌的优势菌系。In order to know relative parasitic fitness of different races of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici to wheat varieties in Sichuan Province, three races(CYR32, CYR33 and G22-83) of P. striiformis f.sp. tritici and 109 wheat cultivars(lines) collected from Sichuan Province were employed for a test of relative parasitic fitness. Relative parasitic fitness was calculated according to the observed values of epidemic components of different cultivar-race combinations(including infection type, prevalence and severity). Results showed that the values of average relative parasitic fitness of races CYR32, CYR33 and G22-83 were 0.0560, 0.0379 and 0.1930, respectively. The average relative parasitic fitness value of pathotype G22-83 was significantly higher than that of CYR32 and CYR33 at the population level. The average relative parasitic fitness values of CYR32 and CYR33 were different, but the difference was not significant. Box plot analysis was used to display the distribution of the relative parasitic fitness of three races in 109 wheat cultivars(lines). The results showed the median value of relative parasitic fit-ness of pathotype G22-83(0.0626) was higher than that of the predominant races CYR32(0.0000) and CYR33(0.0000). Due to its high parasitic fitness, pathotype G22 was becoming the predominant race in Sichuan Province.
