摘  要:采用7种不同的柔软剂对牛仔织物进行柔软整理,以浸洗温度、时间、柔软剂质量浓度和烘干温度为影响因子进行正交试验,探讨各因素对织物柔软性、平滑性、颜色变化、抗静电和力学性能的影响。结果表明,乳化硅油ES柔软效果最好,软片RP的耐干摩擦色牢度最好,但乳化硅油ES和软片RP处理织物的抗静电性能较差,耐日晒色牢度较低。复合型柔软剂OK具有较好的综合性能,当浸洗温度为30℃,时间10 min,质量浓度40 g/L,烘干温度60℃时,其处理织物的柔软性和平滑性最好。浸洗温度和时间对织物的强力、毛效、颜色深度和耐日晒色牢度影响显著,柔软剂质量浓度对织物的抗静电性能影响最大。Seven different softeners are used to treat the denim fabric, and the further treatments are carried out according to orthogonal experiment with impregnation temperature, time, softener dosage and drying temperature as the influencing factors. The effects of factors on softness, smoothness, color change, electrostatic and mechanical properties of fabric are discussed. The results show that softening performance of emulsified silicone oil ES and dry rubbing fastness of softener RP are the best. Howev- er, the fabric treated by them exhibit poor antistatic performance and low fastness to sunlight. The com- posite softener QK has good comprehensive properties, the optimum soft and smooth performance achieved when immersion washing at 30 ℃ for 10 rain with 40 g/L composite softener OK, drying at 60 ℃.
