摘　　要：文章通过建立社会资本资源配置的理论模型,分析不同初始财富下的社会资本投资选择。从社会资本的作用机制出发,探讨社会资本资源配置方式,并对这一功能的形成原因和实际效用进行了考察。研究结论认为,在市场力量与行政力量配置资源的模式之外,社会资本在日常实践中也可发挥资源配置作用,它可称作资源配置的"社会力量模式"。这种模式是社会自发产生的,其成本低于市场模式,效率高于权力模式。在日常实践中,社会资本可以实现资源配置的"最不坏"结果,从守住底线的角度确保资源配置的质量。This paper analyzes the social capital investment choice under different initial wealth by establishing the theoretical model of social capital resource allocation. Based on the mechanism of social capital, this paper probes into the allocation mode of social capital resources, and probes into the formation cause and practical utility of this function. The conclusion is that social capital can play the role of resource allocation in daily practice, which can be called the ＂social power model＂ of resource allocation, in addition to the mode of market power and administrative power allocation. This model is a spontaneous generation of society, its cost is lower than the market model, the efficiency is higher than the power model. In daily practice, social capital can achieve the ＂no bad＂ result of resource allocation, from the perspective of the bottom line to ensure the quality of resource allocation.
