摘 要:以氧化石墨烯为载体,通过水热法制备rGO_3-CeO_2-Fe_2O_3复合材料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS和FT-IR对制备的复合材料进行了表征,并对其光催化降解性能和机理进行了研究。结果表明:rGO_3-CeO_2-Fe_2O_3复合材料对高酸性染料废水的光催化降解效果明显优于rGO_3-CeO_2和rGO_3-Fe_2O_3,紫外光照30 min,染料降解率高达97.64%。rGO_3和CeO_2的加入,加快了电荷传输效率,降低了电子-空穴复合率,明显提高了Fe_2O_3的催化活性。The r GO-CeO2-Fe2O3 composite material has been prepared by hydrothermal method using graphene oxide as carrier. The composite material has been characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and FT-IR,and its photo-catalytic degradation performance and mechanisms investigated. The results show that the catalytic degradation effect of r GOCeO2-Fe2O3 composite on the highly acidic dye wastewater is obviously better than that of r GO-CeO2 and r GO-Fe2O3,and the dye degradation rate is as high as 97.64%,under UV irradiation for 30 min. The addition of r GO and CeO2 has accelerated the charge transfer efficiency and reduced the electron-hole recombination rate,which significantly improves the photo-catalytic activity of Fe2O3.
