摘　　要：游客的行为意愿对于低碳旅游发展具有决定性作用。以张家界国家森林公园为研究区,通过实地考察和游客抽样问卷调查,分析其低碳认知、意愿与行为,结果表明:(1)张家界游客对低碳旅游的认知水平和意愿程度相对较高,受教育程度、对低碳旅游的熟悉度和绿色出行方式的选择与低碳旅游认知程度呈现显著相关,个人收入高低的影响并不显著;(2)仅24.49%的游客很熟悉低碳旅游,互联网和新媒体等传媒渠道是低碳旅游产品信息的重要传播途径;(3)游客对低碳旅游消费有一定的参与意愿,但让他参与碳补偿等具体行动时,低碳旅游意愿有所下降。Behavior and willingness of tourists play a decisive role in the development of low carbon tourism. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was chosen as study area to analyze the low carbon cognizance, willingness and behavior of tourists through field survey and sample questionnaire survey. The research results are showed as the following： （1） Tourists in Zhangjiajie have a relatively high level of low carbon tourism cognition and willing- ness. The cognition degree of low carbon tourism for tourists is significantly related to the education degree, famil- iarity with low- carbon tourism and the choice of green travel mode; but the personal income does not signifi- cantly influence the cognition of low carbon tourism of tourists. （2） Only 24.49% of the tourists are familiar with low carbon tourism. Internet, new - media and other media channels are the important transmission channel for tourists to get low carbon tourism product information. （3） Tourists have a certain willingness to participate in low - carbon tourism consumption, but the willingness of low carbon tourism of tourists will decline when let them to participate in carbon compensation and other specific actions.
