用于寒旱灌区渠道防渗的人工钠化GCL特性研究

摘　　要：为探析用于寒旱灌区渠道衬垫的人工钠化GCL防渗特性,通过室内外试验的方法对比研究了人工钠化膨润土与天然钠基膨润土的膨胀特性、触变特性、滤失特性。试验结果表明:不同产地的两种人工钠化膨润土小于0.01mm颗粒含量大于70%,自由膨胀体积为27.8ml/2g、20.3ml/2g,4次漂洗后,自由膨胀体积分别降低了53.9%、51.6%;滤失量增加了115.0%、107.1%;滤饼厚度增加了86.5%、87.2%。天钠基膨润土4次漂洗后自由膨胀体积降低了18.6%,滤失量、滤饼厚度增加了23.2%、2.1%。3年引黄渠道防渗试验表明,人工钠化膨润土自由膨胀体积为6.3ml/2g、6.0ml/2g,较对照减小了77.23%、70.44%;天然钠基膨润土自由膨胀体积为19.3ml/2g,较对照减小了6.6%。In order to study the anti - seepage properties of artificial sodium geosynthetic clay liner used as channel liner in cold and drought irrigation area, the swelling characteristics, thixotropic properties and filtration characteristics of artificial sodium bentonite and natural sodium bentonite were compared by indoor and outdoor test. The results showed that： the content of particles less than 0.01ram in two different artificial sodium benton- ite was greater than 70% ; the free expansion volumes of the two different artificial sodium bentonite were 27. 8ml/2g, and 20.3ml/2g, respectively; after 4 rinses, the free expansion volume decreased by 53.9% and 51. 6% respectively, filtration loss increased by 115.0% , 107.1% , the filter cake thickness increased by 86.5% and 87.2% , respectively. The free expansion volume of the sodium bentonite was reduced by 18.6%. After 4 rinses, the free bulk expansion of natural sodium bentonite decreased by 18.6% , filtration loss and filter cake thickness increased by 23.2% and 2.1%, respectively. Three years channel seepage test showed that the free expansion volume of two artificial sodium bentonite were only 6.3ml/2g and 6.0ml/2g, which was 77.23% and 70.44% less than the control. The free swelling volume of natural sodium bentonite was 19.3ml/2g, which was 6.6% lower than that of the control.
