摘　　要：当前和未来相当长时期内,人口迁移流动是整个国家人口发展格局变化的主导力量,也是影响我国人口与可持续发展关系的关键。在这个意义上,新时代人口发展战略研究应及早将重心转向迁移流动。要特别关注新时代人口迁移流动的最新趋势:流动人口规模仍将持续保持增长,流动人口向沿海城市集中的趋势依然不变,城城流动人口迅速扩张,流动人口整体趋于家庭化,流动人口在城市居留趋于稳定化,少数民族人口流动或将后来居上,较大规模国际移民时代或将到来。要着重把握新时代人口迁移流动的重点议题:加强人口迁移流动变化趋势研究,构建面向家庭的流动人口公共服务体系,关注流动人口新群体,做好迎接国际移民的准备。In a very long period at the present and in the future, population migration and movement will be the leading force of the full national population development pattern and change. It is also the key to influence our population and sustainable development. In this case, the research on population development strategy in the new era should change its key point to migration and movement in time. Give special attention to the latest trends of the population migration and movement. Grasp the important issues on population migration and movement in the new era including changing trend, service system and the new group to rise to the challenge of international migration.
