摘  要:随着电价改革的全面铺开,多业主流域梯级水电站仍以单站参与竞价为主,各方利益难以协调,统一调度无法有效实施,流域整体效益无法有效发挥,在市场竞争中面临多方挑战。分析了多业主梯级水电站单一竞价面临的问题,研究了多业主梯级水电站协作统一竞价实施的必要性和可行性,并以大渡河流域为例,探讨了协作统一竞价及效益分配模式。With the full development of electricity pricing reform, the multi-owner cascade hydropower stations are still dominated by a single station to participate pricing bidding. By this way, the interests of all parties are difficult to coordinate, the unified dispatching cannot be effectively implemented, the overall efficiency of river basin development cannot be effectively utilized, and these hydropower stations will face many challenges in market competition. The problems of multi-owner cascade hydropower stations to participate pricing bidding by a single station are analyzed, and the necessity and feasibility of unified collaborative bidding of multi-owner cascade hydropower stations are studied. Taking Dadu River Basin as an example, the unified collaborative bidding and benefit distribution mode of multi-owner cascade hydropower stations are discussed.
