摘　　要：抽水蓄能电厂具备售电牌照的售电制运营模式,则夜间可从大电网购入低价低谷电量用作抽水储能,白天作为发电售给大用户,通过可直接参与需求侧的电力供需平衡,达到充分利用抽水蓄能电厂快速调节和适用于大功率储能的优势,促使抽水蓄能电厂所辖负荷具备跟踪电网发电情况进行调节的能力的目标;同时还可促成抽水蓄能电厂盈利增加、电网调用蓄能机组成本下降、需求侧获利增加的三方共赢局面。The electricity-sale operation of pumped-storage power station with electricity-sale license will get the off-peak electricity from gird at a lower price for energy storage in nighttime and generate power to large users as a power plant in the daytime. Through involving the balance of supply and demand sides directly, the advantages of fast adjustment and large capacity power storage of puinped-storage power station will be utilized, and the load of pumped-storage power station will achieve the ability to track the power generation of power grid. At the same time, it also contributed to the win-win situation of the profit increase of pumped-storage power station, the cost reduction of power grid for energy balance and the benefit increase of demand side.
