摘 要:为确保监测自动化系统的实用可靠,需要采用人工比测进行必要的考核检验。目前,我国大坝安全监测自动化相关规程规范中采用方差分析方法进行人工比测定量考核。实际比测中发现,方差分析方法 2σ标准存在长时段测值序列方差过大、短时段测值序列方差过小的问题,因此并不适用于自动化监测系统的人工比测。分析认为,自动化测值和人工测值偏差合格判断的定量标准,应基于传感器的测量精度而不是人工和自动化测值序列方差。为此,提出用基于传感器实际精度的精度指标法取代方差分析方法进行自动化监测系统人工比测的定量考核,并对相关的规程规范提出了修改建议。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated measurements, the comparison with manual measurements by readouts calibrated on a regular basis is mandatory. It is stipulated that the variance analysis should be used as a quantitative means in the assessment of automated dam safety monitoring system in Chinese specifications and codes. However, it is found that the suggested 2σ criteria of variance analysis method is actually not suitable for the comparison of manual and automated measurements because the variance of manual and automated measurements is either too big for long-term series or too small for short-term series to be the reliable criteria. It is proposed that the sensor accuracy standard should be used instead as the erlteria for the assessment of automated dam safety monitoring systein. It means that the difference between the manual and automated measurements should be judged on the basis of the accuracy of the sensors. Some suggestions are also made on the modification of the Chinese specifications related to automated dam safety monitoring.
