摘 要:目的探讨KCNE1基因rs1805127多态性与心房颤动的关联性。方法选取98例持续性房颤患者、102例窦性心律患者分别作为房颤组和对照组。两组rs1805127基因型和等位基因采用直接测序法进行检测。结果 (1)AA、AG、GG基因型在房颤组中的分布频率分别为6%、42%、52%,在对照组中为11%、51%、38%,两组基因型分布差异无统计学意义;(2)A、G等位基因在房颤组中的分布频率为27%、73%,在对照组中为36%、64%,房颤组G等位基因频率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.39,P<0.05);(3)Logistic回归分析结果显示:基因型AA OR值为0.05,95%CI为0.01~0.20。结论 (1)rs1805127G等位基因是房颤的遗传易感因素;(2)rs1805127AA基因型者患房颤的危险度降低。Objective To probe the association between KCNE1 gene rs1805127 polymorphism and atrial fibrillation. Methods 98 atrial fibrillation patients (AF group) and 102 sinus rhythm patients (control group) were enrolled. The KCNE1 gene rs1805127 genotype and allele were determined by direct sequencing technique and their frequencies were compared. Results ① In AF group, the main type was homozygous GG, while in control group, the main type was homozygous AG. The frequencies of genotype between two groups were not statistically significant. ②The main allele was G in both two groups, and the frequency of G allele in AF group was much higher than that in control group. The frequency of G allele between AF group and control group was statistically significant; ③Logistic regression analysis showed that genotype AA of OR value was 0. 05,95% CI 0. 01 -0. 20. Conclusion ① rs1805127G allele is a genetic predisposing factor of atrial fibrillation.②Patients with rs1805127AA genotype get lower risk of atrial fibrillation.
