摘 要:为促进建筑运维管理在语义网上的实现,建立了基于BIM和本体技术的智能应用框架;结合Dog Ont本体建立了建筑运维管理本体;提出了BIM数据提取方法及个体、规则的创建方法;采用Revit API、网络本体语言(OWL)API和语义网规则语言(SWRL)API技术实现了框架程序。利用一个实际项目验证了框架、方法和程序的有效性。对推进BIM、本体和语义网技术的发展以及建筑运维的网络化、智能化管理具有重要意义。For the implementation of the building operation and maintenance management on semantic web,a framework for BIM and ontology-based intelligent application was built. Combined some updates with the original Dog Ont ontology,an ontology for building operation and maintenance management was created. The methods of extracting information from BIM models, creating individuals and SWRL rules were proposed. The proposed framework for BIM and ontology-based intelligent application was implemented by the techniques of Revit API,OWL API and SWRL API as a Revit built-in programme. The effectiveness of the framework method and programme proposed in the paper were verified by a project,and the proposed approach would promote the development of BIM,ontology and semantic web techniques,which could provide reference for networked and intelligent management of building operation and maintenance.
