摘　　要：Nogo-B是网状蛋白家族中的一种内质网跨膜蛋白,广泛表达于体内各组织器官中细胞的膜结构上。对Nogo-B分子结构与相关功能的研究发现,Nogo-B可以通过不同机制调控多种组织中炎症细胞的功能和炎症因子的表达,在脂肪肝、动脉粥样硬化、急性肺损伤、哮喘等炎症相关性疾病的发生和发展中起重要作用。深入研究Nogo-B在不同炎症性疾病中的作用机制将有助于发现新的临床防治靶点,为治疗炎症性疾病的新方法提供理论依据。Nogo-B, an endoplasmic reticulum transmembrane protein, belongs to the family of reticular proteins, widely expressed on cell membrane systems in various organs. Recent studies on the molecular structure and novel functions of Nogo-B have shown that Nogo-B plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, alcoholic liver disease, acute lung injury and other inflammatory diseases. Further studies on the mechanisms of Nogo-B would contribute to identify new targets for clinical therapeutics and provide evidences for treatment of various inflammatory diseases.
