摘  要:温度梯度CVI法可在碳纤维预制体内部实现热解碳由高温区域向低温区域的顺序沉积,是快速、低成本制备C/C复合材料的一种有效途径.通过设计变径螺旋感应线圈,可实现被加热工件轴向及径向的温度梯度.变径螺旋感应线圈加热圆柱状石墨试样温度场实测结果显示:沿轴向温度呈线性变化,径向温度场呈"浅盘状"分布.以碳毡为预制体在变径感应线圈中用CVI法制备C/C复合材料,沉积46h后,高温区材料密度从0.08g·cm-3增加到1.487g·cm-3,低温区密度增加到0.398g·cm-3,说明碳毡预制体内热解碳发生了顺序沉积,可实现快速致密化.Sequential deposition of pyrolytic carbon from high-temperature area to low-temperature area can be implemented inside the carbon fiber preform by means of temperature gradient CVI method,which is a low-cost and efficient way to prepare C/C composites.A variable-diameter spiral induction coil was designed to establish temperature gradient in axial and radial direction of heated work piece.Temperature field in a graphite heated by the variable-diameter spiral induction coil was measured.Its result showed that a linear distribution in axial direction and"shallow plate"-shaped temperature distribution in radial direction would be found.Taking carbon felt as preform,the C/C composites were prepared in the variablediameter spiral induction coil with temperature gradient CVI method.After 46 hdeposition,the density of the sample at high-temperature area would increase from 0.08 g·cm-3 to 1.487 g·cm-3 and at low-temperature area—from 0.08 g·cm-3 to 0.398 g·cm-3,showing that sequential deposition of pyrolytic carbon could take place in the preform of the carbon felt and the fast compactification could be realized.
