摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶与负压负载法结合,以硝酸锌为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,硅藻土为载体,制备硅藻土/纳米氧化锌,并与Hummers法制得的氧化石墨烯进行复合,得到硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料,通过SEM、XRD、BET、IR对样品进行了表征分析,研究了硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料的结构、形貌、孔径分布情况,氧化石墨烯的引入对光催化性能的影响。结果表明:硅藻土对纳米氧化锌的负载,采用负压负载方法优于普通负载方法,氧化石墨烯的质量分数为5%时,硅藻土/纳米氧化锌/氧化石墨烯复合光催化材料的2 h的光降解率达到最大值88.7%,比同时间的纯纳米氧化锌高出63%,比硅藻土高出83.3%。Diatomite/nano zinc oxide was made by sol-gel method combined with negative pressure and load, using zinc nitrate as precursor, ethanol as solvent and polyethylene glycol as dispersant, diatomite as carrier. The composite material of diatomite/nano zinc oxide/graphene oxide composite material was synthesized by the combination of Hummers and the prepared graphene oxide. The samples were characterized and analyzed by SEM, XRD, BET and IR, the structure, morphology and pore size distribution of diatomite/nano zinc oxide/Graphene Oxide composite photocatalytic materials were investigated, influence of introduction of graphene oxide on Photocatalytic Properties. The results show that the loading of diatomite on nano zinc oxide was better than that of ordinary loading by adopting negative pressure loading method. The mass fraction of graphene oxide was 5%. The photoeatalytic activity of diatomite/nano Zinc oxide/Graphene Oxide composite photocatalytic material reached the maximum value of 88.7% for 2 h, 63% higher than that of pure nano zinc oxide at the same time, 81. 9% higher than that of oxidized graphene and 83.3% higher than that of diatomite.
