吴茱萸热熨联合腹部经穴推拿改善胸腰椎术后胃肠功能临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸热熨联合腹部经穴推拿改善胸腰椎术后胃肠功能的临床疗效。方法:68例随机分为对照组和研究组各34例,两组均术后常规护理,研究组增加中医特色护理干预,即用经穴推拿联合吴茱萸药包热熨腹部。结果:肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门自主排气时间研究组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸热熨联合腹部经穴推拿能有效改善胸腰椎术后胃肠功能,且操作简便、安全无创。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of hot medicated compress with Evodia rutaecarpa combined with abdominal acupoint massage in improving gastrointestinal function after thoracic and lumbar spine surgery. Method ： 68 cases were evenly divided into control group and study group in random.Both groups were treated with routine nursing care after surgery and the study group were treated with TCM characteristic nursing interventions additionally, such as acupoint massage combined with hot medicated compress on abdomen with Evodia rutaecarpa. Result： The postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds and anal exhaust time of the study group was both shorter than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Hot medicated compress with Evodia rutaecarpa combined with abdominal acupoint massage could improve gastrointestinal function after thoracic and lumbar spine surgery effectively, which is simple and cheap, safe and non-invasive.
