体育产业资源交易平台建设研究:基本情况、发展审视、推进策略

摘　　要：全面梳理体育产业资源交易平台建设基本情况,探析平台运行中存在的问题,并提出相关推进策略。存在问题:优质体育产业资源进场交易少;缺乏合理交易标的估值方法;交易平台整体影响力有待加强;体育产权交易市场有待规范;体育产权的中介服务功能严重滞后;交易平台的专业化能力有待提升。建议:制度安排引导国有体育产业资源进场交易;逐步建立体育产权资产估值体系;加强体育产权交易平台整合;强化国有体育产权交易监控;培育和提高体育产权中介机构的服务水平;加强平台专业化和创新能力建设。The paper reviewed the construction of sports industry resource trade platform, analyzed the existing problems, and gave related prompting strategies. Although the platform has achieved some success in operation, there are still some problems： the platform has fewer high-quality sports industry resources and lacks Of a reasonable valuation method for trading object; the overall influ- ence of the platform to be strengthened; the sports property exchange market to be normalized; the intermediary service of sports property rights seriously lags behind ; and the specialized ability of the platform needs to be improved. Accordingl arrangements guide the state-owned sports y, the following suggestions are put forward： Institutional industry resources to enter trade ; the assets valuation sys- tem for sports property rights gradually established; strengthen the integration of sports property rights exchanges; strengthen the monitoring of state-owned sports property transactions; cultivate and improve the service level of sports property intermediaries ; strengthen platform specialization and innovation ability construction.
