摘　　要：目的探讨不同人工授精方式的受精效果及临床效果。方法回顾收集我院生殖医学科294例不孕患者的相关资料,分析两组平均获卵数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数、胚胎移植数、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率和妊娠结局。结果 IVF组患者平均获卵数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数均高于ICSI组(P<0.05),而胚胎移植术少于ICSI组(P<0.05);两组的妊娠率、流产率无统计学差异(P>0.05);ICSI组患者的新生儿畸形率高于IVF组(3.85%vs 0.00%),但无统计学差异。结论ICSI技术治疗严重男性因素引起的不育症与常规IVF治疗女性因素引起的不孕症临床结果相似,但存在较高不良妊娠结局风险,应严格掌握指征。Objective：To compare the clinical outcomes between in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF）and intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI）. Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted among 294 infertility patients. The baseline characteristics,mean number of the oocytes retrieved,fertilized eggs,cleavages and embryos transferred,fertilization rates and clinical outcomes were compared between the 2 groups. Results：Mean number of the oocytes retrieved,fertilized eggs,cleavages of IVF group were higher than ICSI group（P0.05）,but ICSI group had a higher embryos transferred number（P0.05）. Fertilization rates,abortion rates and neonatus abnormity rates were similar betweent the 2 groups. Conclusion：ICSI is equal to IVF in providing essentially clinical outcomes,but has a higher risk to adverse pregnant outcomes.
