摘　　要：西方发达国家非常重视非政府组织走出去开展国际活动。本文分析了中国社会组织开展国际交流与合作的现状和不足,明确了社会组织开展国际交流与合作的目标和任务,提出了中国社会组织开展国际交流与合作的措施和建议。Developed countries often attach great importance to non-governmental organizations to carry out international activities. The paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of our social organizations, and puts forward objectives, tasks and some suggestions for our social organizations to conduct international exchanges and cooperations.
