摘　　要：文章提出DCT系数之下的MPEG-2视频水印技术运用方法。这一算法对相关水印信息进行Hash置乱之后嵌入到I帧色度的DC系数之上。该算法把混沌理论、置乱技术以及扩频技术等加以汇总以后全面应用至视频水印体系之中,从而提升了水印所具有的不可预见特性、鲁棒特性以及安全特性。文章对数字视频水印技术进行了概述,阐述了DCT系数在视频水印技术中的运用方法,并分析了DCT系数应用实验的结果。This paper proposes a method of using MPEG-2 video watermarking technology under DCT coefficients. This algorithm embeds the watermark information into a DC coefficient of 1-frame chroma after Hash scrambling. After the chaos theory, scrambling technology and spread spectrum technology are summed up, the algorithm is applied to the video watermarking system in an all-round way, which improves the unobtrusiveness, robustness and security features of watermarking. This paper summarizes the digital video watermarking technology, expounds the application of DCT coefficients in video watermarking technology, and analyzes the application results of DCT coefficients.
