摘　　要：南宁华润中心东写字楼为典型的钢混凝土核心筒+外框钢结构的超高层结构体系。核心筒采用水平与竖向同步施工技术。传统的顶模系统实现核心筒水平与竖向同步施工存在许多难点。为此,设计了一套经济实用、技术成熟的新型顶模系统才能使同步施工得以实施。主要介绍顶模系统的组成及施工技术。East office building of Nanning Huarun Center is the typical super high-rise building system with steel reinforcement core tube and outer frame steel structure. Core tube is constructed with horizontal and vertical synchronous. It is difficult for tradition jacking formwork system to realize the synchronous construction. So a kind of new jacking formwork system is designed. This paper mainly introduces composition and construction technology of this formwork.
