摘　　要：针对南宁华润中心东写字楼项目特点及重难点,围绕总承包管理,简单介绍了项目的 BIM应用体系及在工程技术、质量安全管理、进度管理、商务与资源管理的全方位全过程全专业应用,总结BIM应用成果和经验。Based on project characteristics and difficult points of the east office building in Nanning Huarun Center, from the aspect of general contract management, authors simply introduce BIM application system of the project and its application in construction technology, quality and safety management,proceed management,trade and resource management. At the same time,authors also summarize the application achievement and experience.
