摘　　要：正方利民工业化集团总部基地1号楼项目为北京市第1个装配式预应力混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。结合该项目实际情况,主要从节点连接深化设计、预制构件施工安装等方面,分析了装配式预应力混凝土框架-剪力墙结构在设计及施工安装过程中的创新点及技术难点,对装配式预应力混凝土框架-剪力墙结构施工技术进行了较为系统的研究总结。No.1 building of the Zhengfanglimin Industrial Group is the first precast prestressed concrete frame-shear wall structure in Beijing. Combined with the actual construction of the project,we analyzed the innovations and technical difficulties in design and construction of the precast prestressed concrete frame-shear wall structure,which contain the detail design of frame joints and installation of prefabricated components. We studied systematically the construction technology of precast concrete frame-shear wall structure in the paper.
