预制预应力混凝土双T板尺寸允许偏差研究

摘　　要：对中国、美国、日本和欧盟标准中预制预应力混凝土双T板的尺寸允许偏差相关规定进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:中国缺少预制预应力混凝土双T板专用标准,且现行相关标准未能全面反映双T板的特点,有必要加以调整。针对国内的工程应用特点,并结合国内外相关标准的规定,对预制预应力混凝土双T板构件及其预埋件和预留孔洞的尺寸偏差指标、允许偏差取值及偏差量测方法提出了建议。The provisions on dimensional tolerances for precast prestressed concrete double tees in the standards of China,United States of America,Japan and European Union were researched. The research results showed that there was no specialized standard for double tees in China and the pertinent standards could not take account for the features of double tees comprehensively. According to the application characteristics in China and combined with the pertinent provisions of standards above-mentioned,recommendations on the deviation content of double tees,element tolerances,embedment and blockout tolerances of double tees as well as measuring methods were presented.
