摘　　要：钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术主要应用于装配式建筑中梁、柱、剪力墙等截面钢筋的连接,该连接的可靠性是保证装配式施工连接质量和结构整体安全性能的关键,因此,对钢筋套筒灌浆连接件的质量检测尤其重要。通过制作包括钢筋偏位和灌浆料混有泡沫颗粒杂质缺陷的钢筋套筒灌浆连接试件,使用工业CT对其检测。结果表明CT检测能确定灌浆料中缺陷的位置,定量分析缺陷尺寸、面积和体积的分布规律,确定试件的密实状况以及判定钢筋是否偏位。另外,对试件进行超声波检测和切割检测,并与CT检测结果对比,证明将工业CT用于装配式建筑中钢筋套筒灌浆连接件的缺陷检测是有效的。Sleeve grouting connector technology is mainly applied to connect stress steel bar in beams,columns and shear walls in prefabricated construction. The reliability of the connection is significantly vital to ensure the quality of the precast construction and the overall safety performance of the structure.Therefore,it is especially worthy studying quality inspection of steel sleeve grouting connections. The sleeve grouting connector were made with different defects,such as the reinforcement bias and the grout mixture with foam particle impurities et al.,and examined by industrial CT. It can be found that the CT testing can not only determine the density of specimens,the location of defects in grouting material,quantitative analysis of the distribution of defect size,area and volume,but also judge whether the reinforcement is biased or not. In addition,testing specimens by the ultrasonic detection and detection of cutting specimens were performed and compared with the result of CT, which proves that the measurement of CT testing is effective and accurate for industrial CT to detect defects in sleeve grouting connector in precast construction.
