摘　　要：对西部矿业湿、火法处理铅阳极泥工艺革新情况进行了简要介绍。分析各工艺特点,寻找直收率高、生产周期短、劳动条件好的生产工艺,探索工艺改进措施。The technological innovation of lead anode slime treatment by wet process, pyrogenic process of western mining com- pany is introduced briefly. The technological characteristics were analyzed to seek the production process that has high direct recovery rate, short production cycle, good working conditions, in order to explore the improvement approach of process.
