摘　　要：为满足智能电网建设对智能化设备的需求,提高高压断路器的操控性能及运行可靠性,应用现代智能控制技术的电机操动机构得到越来越多关注。针对真空断路器电机操动机构控制特点,提出一种永磁电机机构模糊免疫PID速度随动跟踪智能控制方法。为实现操动机构智能控制,研制基于DSP28335+FPGA+单片机多CPU结构全数字化伺服电机操动机构控制系统,并对断路器不同的运行状态:分/合闸操作、自动重合闸、分阶段速度调控及速度跟踪等操作分别进行测试,验证研究的控制方法及控制系统有效性。实验结果表明:该控制系统参数在PWM为10 kHz,占空比为80%时,126 kV真空断路器机械参数为:合闸时间为38 ms,分闸时间为21 ms;平均合闸速度为2.24 m/s,平均分闸速度为3.63 m/s。满足了真空灭弧室分合闸时间以及分合闸速度等参数要求,所研究的电机操动机构控制技术能够对高压真空断路器的运行状态进行有效控制。In order to satisfy the demand of the intelligent equipment for the construction of the smart power grids, and to improve the operating performance and nmning rehabihty of high-voltage circuit breakers, more and more attention about the motor operating mechanism applied of modem technology is obtained. In this paper, according to the control characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism, an intelligent control method for the fuzzy immune PID speed of permanent magnet motor is proposed. In order to realize the intelligent control of operating mechanism, a digital servo motor control system based on DSP28335＋FPGA＋single chip microcomputer is developed. The different operating states of the circuit breaker are tested, including opening/closing operation, auto reclosing operation, stage speed control and speed tracking etc. The test results show： when the control system parameters are 10 kHz in PWM, the duty cycle is 80%, the mechanical parameters of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker contents： the closing time is 38 ms, the opening time is 21 ms, the average closing speed is 2.24 m/s, the average speed is 3.63 m/s. The requirements of the opening and closing time and speed can be satisfied. The control technology of the motor operating mechanism can effectively control the operation state of the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker.
