摘 要:分布式电源接入配电网以后,其结构单源辐射型网络转变为多源多方向网络,于是主动配电网在消纳分布式电源容量时方向信息采集成为必要,由于配电网广大节点没有安装电压互感器,传统功率方向元件不再适用。文中提出一种基于正序故障分量的电流方向元件,在无电压信息的情况下,利用电流正序故障分量和正序故障分量定义的基准量之间的相位差来判别故障方向,不仅适用于任何分支节点,而且不受负荷电流的影响。在PSCAD/EMTDC中仿真验证了方向元件动作的正确性。When distributed generation is connected with power distribution network, the network structure is transformed from a radiant single-source network to a multi-direction and multi-source network. In order to absorb the amount of the distributed power, active distribution network must collect directional information. As the distribution network nodes do not equipped with voltage transformers, traditional power direction element is no longer applicable. In this paper,a directional element of current based on positive sequence fault component is presented. It can make use of the phase difference between the current positive sequence fault component and the reference quantity defined by current positive sequence fault component to discriminate the fault direction without needing voltage information. This element is applicable to any branch node, and is not affected by load current. Simulation via PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the function of the directional element.
