摘  要:介绍中国空空导弹研究院固冲发动机连管试验系统空气压缩机干燥净化单元的工作原理,分析它在运行过程中出现的问题和可能造成的危害。通过增加风冷型冷水机组,增加缓冲罐,更换新型除油过滤器,增加在线检测装置等方法对干燥净化单元进行优化改造。结果表明:改造后,再未出现油含量超标的情况,设备运行稳定,空气品质得到有效控制。The working principe of air compressor's drying and purifying unit for the tube test system of the solidfuel ramjet was described and its problems and possible harm to operation were briefly introduced.The drying and purifying unit was optimized by adding forced air cooling unit,adding buffer tank,replacing the new pattern oil filter and adding the on-line detection device.The results show that,the oil content exceeding the standard doesn't appear again and the equipment runs stably together with effectively-controlled air quality.
