正位无创助产技术在推进产科优质护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨正位无创助产技术在推进产科优质护理中的作用。方法:选择2014年10月至2015年12月在金华市人民医院经阴道分娩的低危初产妇500例,按单双月将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组250例采用正位无创助产技术,对照组250例采用传统侧位接生技术。比较2组产妇会阴侧切率、会阴疼痛、第二产程时间、产后尿潴留、新生儿窒息率、产妇满意度、住院天数及住院费用。结果:观察组产妇的会阴侧切率、会阴疼痛、产后尿潴留、住院费用及住院天数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);2组产妇的第二产程时间、新生儿窒息率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正位无创助产技术可降低会阴侧切率,减少产后会阴疼痛和尿潴留的发生,提高分娩舒适感;同时采用正位无创助产技术提高产妇满意度,值得临床推广应用。[Objective] To Investigate the role of non-invasive delivery in advancing high quality obstetric care.[Method]500 cases of low-risk primiparous who were given vaginal delivery from October 2014 to December 2015 in Jinhua People's Hospital were divided into observation group and control group. The primiparous in the observation group take the non-invasive delivery methods,and the primiparous in the control group take the traditional side-level delivery methods. The rate of episiotomy,perineal trauma,the second stage of labor,the rate of neonatal asphyxia,maternal satisfaction,the time of stay and hospital charges of the two groups were compared. [Result]The rate of episiotomy,perineal trauma,the rate of neonatal asphyxia,the time of stay and hospital charges in the observation group are lower than those of the control group,and there are significant differences between the two groups.(P < 0. 05). There are significant differences in the nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the second stage of labor and the rate of neonatal asphyxia.(P > 0. 05). [Conclusion]The non-invasive delivery methods can reduce the rate of episiotomy,help decrease postpartum perineal pain and uroschesis and improve the comfort of delivery. Meanwhile,the non-invasive delivery methods can improve maternal satisfaction.It is worth using widely in clinical practice.
